We meet (weather permitting) near the main entrance of Lake Meadows Park for a walk. a chat and a cup of tea when the café is open.
Lets Sing!
Alternate Tuesdays 2pm-3.30pm
A fun and informal sing-a-long session with a break halfway through for a cup of tea, biscuit and a bit of a chat. Christchurch, Gateway Service Road, Wickford, SS12 9FW
Instructor Led Exercise Sessions
Monday and Wednesday 11.30am
A Gym based circuit training session with exercises targeted to help people living with Parkinson's. Places do need to booked in advance for these sessions. Gym 360, Radford Way, Billericay.
